Each and every one of our health clubs has spa facilities; the exact nature of these will vary by location. Look out for saunas and steam rooms with bespoke aromatherapy blends, tranquil outdoor Spa Gardens, inviting hydro pools and ultra-luxe Spa Retreats. Some clubs offer spa treatments such as sports massage. A number of clubs have a menu of beauty treatments.

Steam Rooms and Saunas

Most of our clubs have saunas and steam rooms as part of their spa facilities. Some also have plunge pools, which means you can create a whole hot and cold therapy ritual to speed up post-workout recovery. Of course, you don't have to use our saunas and steam rooms exclusively to soothe tired muscles. They're also great spots to simply get away from it all for a while, basking in the heat and letting your mind drift.

And that's not all - you'll find everything everything you need to tend to your wellness under one roof: swimming pools, exercise classes, Clubrooms where you can relax and refuel, and even a creche service to care for the kids if needed.

We know that there are days - and evenings - when the weather is simply too good to miss. That’s why in a number of our clubs we have Spa Gardens: luxurious outdoor spa facilities that let you enjoy al-fresco relaxation.

Poolside Spa Facilities

If you're looking for a gym with spa facilities, chances are you'll benefit from a swimming pool, too. At some of our clubs, you'll find that the sauna, steam room and hydro pool are right by the main pool. That means you can ease tired muscles straight after a swim or aqua class, to help prevent injury and as a post-workout reward. Or you can simply head there to relax while your kids have their swimming lessons! Whichever you prefer, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Benefits of using the spa

Time spent in the spa is a wonderful way to heal the body, soothe the mind and to switch off from the rigours of everyday life.
